Ella is a qualified Level 3 personal trainer and nutrition coach. While achieving her Politics, Philosophy and Economics degree, she slowly built up her online fitness community whilst navigating PCOS and building up her knowledge on how to heal the symptoms naturally through nutrition.

It is her mission to help as many women as possible achieve their fitness goals whilst becoming the most confident, healthy version of themselves in a sustainable, enjoyable + balanced way.

    Training program

    A completely personalised training plan tailored to suit your specific goals, flexible to how you like to exercise. Also bespoke to your lifestyle, needs, experience, gym or at home. You will always be supported with form and never feel confused.

  • Nutrition support

    You will have access to my high protein cookbook, calorie/macro monitoring and personalised meal plans so we can include all your favourite foods. Whilst also being provided with constant education and feedback.

  • Check ins

    You will receive in depth check-ins to ensure you are making sustainable progress weekly. We will log your weight, take photos and keep you accountable whilst discussing how we can further progress. You can watch the check-in on any time zone and as many times as you like.

  • Community + 24/7 contact

    You will have constant support with me via WhatsApp (always messaging to motivate you) and access to the EllaDaisy Coaching community group chat for weekly education and support from other women who are on the same journey as you.
